Course Design

Michele designs courses that resonate with a variety of different types of learners. She includes stimulating simulated experiences, frameworks and models, active practice techniques and finally a bit of quiet reflection to pause and think. With this varied learning and teaching approach, participants are engaged and entertained while learning significant lessons they can apply to their real life. Michele is very practical in her approach that all learning must have a direct connection to participant’s work challenges. She is also very creative in building designs that both detach participants from their day jobs while connecting the classroom to their work. Her approach is both art and science. And with her depth of experience and expertise, her designs respect the intellect of participants. She builds on that intellect and their expertise to challenge them beyond the conventional to make personal and professional breakthroughs. Michele can create custom design or modify existing designs from her extensive repertoire.
